Bruce Bartlett

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Bruce is a graduate of Bridgewater State University with a B.A. in Mathematics, high honors in Accounting, Bentley College—Certified Public Accountant.

He also served in the United States Naval Reserves for six years.

• 2012 Bridgewater State University (Founded in 1840 by Horace Mann as the first permanent state college for the education of teachers) has named the College of Science and Mathematics the Bartlett College of Science and Mathematics after he and his wife. The college produces the highest number of hired science and math teachers in the state of Massachusetts.
• 2016 Recipient of Honorary Doctorate degree from Bridgewater State University.
• 2020 Honorary Doctorate Degree in History from the University of Arizona.
• April 23, 2020 voted Honorary Trustee by the New England Historic Genealogical Society.

Brandon Munn

President

Brandon is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has worked in the Industrial Services industry for the past 30 years.

Brandon is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has worked in the Industrial Services industry for the past 30 years. Brandon has spent his career growing and developing industrial contracting businesses throughout the US and the Caribbean. His business units have always led with an extremely strong safety culture and he has made a commitment to recruit and retain the best supervision and management for his teams’. Brandon believes in having his Senior Management team actively engaged with all aspects of daily business and spending their time on location with their customers and employees.

Dylan Fulton

Senior Vice President

Dylan is a graduate of the Louisiana State University system and has been working in the Industrial Services Industry for the past 24 years.

Dylan is a graduate of the Louisiana State University system and has been working in the Industrial Services Industry for the past 24 years. His experience ranges from safety to marketing as well as operations and administration. Dylan has had a positive impact on his employees and peers throughout his career. He has also helped to increase the safety culture and has grown and expanded the organizations that he has been associated with in the past.

Mark Estep

Sr. Vice President

Mark’s experience in managing all facets of business operations, coupled with his extensive field knowledge, makes him a critical component to our continued growth at Excel.

Mark began working in the petroleum refining industry while attending college at the University of Kentucky (BS Mechanical Engineering) and Eastern Kentucky University (BS Construction Management). Completing projects and turnarounds across various parts of the US and the Caribbean, he gained an invaluable amount of field experience. Upon graduating college, Mark joined an Industrial Engineering firm and continued working on major projects in the petroleum refining industry. Prior to joining Excel, Mark was named General Manager of a leading soft- craft provider, specializing in refineries, chemical plants and power plants. Mark has cultivated relationships and is respected in the industry for his ability to execute projects safely, on time and under budget.

Mark’s experience in managing all facets of business operations, coupled with his extensive field knowledge, makes him a critical component to our continued growth at Excel.

Keenan Sain

Vice President of Operations

Keenan brings 27 years in the turnaround, heavy-mechanical industry to the Bartlett Group.

Keenan brings 27 years in the turnaround, heavy-mechanical industry to the Bartlett Group. After working up from craft level through all levels of management, Keenan brings well-rounded leadership to our mechanical division.

Nathan Dagley

Vice President of Engineering

Nathan Dagley is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Engineering and has been working in the industrial heavy mechanical construction and turnaround industry for 15 years.

Nathan Dagley is a graduate of Texas A&M University College of Engineering and has been working in the industrial heavy mechanical construction and turnaround industry for 15 years. He believes the most important aspect of our business is communication. Good communication is the essential quality for safety, engineering, and operations groups to work well within themselves and with one another.

Christopher Potter

Operations Manager

Chris has more than 15 years of mechanical experience in positions of progressive responsibility on complex, large budget industrial projects.

Chris began working in the petrochemical industry while attending college, and has more than 15 years of mechanical experience in positions of progressive responsibility on complex, large budget industrial projects. Accomplished in generating cost savings, optimizing processes, and promoting innovative solutions in a variety of environments, Chris continues to challenge the team and himself to continue to grow. He brings a proven history of executing events that have achieved performance objectives for safety, budget, schedule, and quality to GMTS.
